Each film-coated tablet contains:

• Thiamine nitrate (vitamin B₁): 100 mg
• Pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B₆): 200 mg
• Cyanocobalamin (vitamin B₁₂): 200 mcg

This product is taken orally.

3 tablets once daily, swallowed without chewing with liquid, with or after meal.

People with gastrointestinal discomfort may take 3 tablets separately to avoid discomfort and help in absorption.
